Who for
Choose the monthly subscription if you want to know your costs up front: free-entry sites, schools, councils and public bodies, or anyone who would rather have one fixed line in the budget.
Choose pay-per-use if your visitors already pay for something: museums with an entrance fee, city walks and visitor centres. You start with no fixed monthly fee and only pay once you sell.

Yes, in consultation with us. If you sell more than expected, or less, we move you across to the other model together. We agree up front when the change takes effect.
On request. We agree the visitor price together, matched to your site, your audience and what your visitors are used to. We advise you on it based on comparable sites and we set the arrangement out with you up front. Would you like to change the price later, for a campaign, a school group or a combined ticket? Then we go through it together again. That holds in both models, as soon as you sell tours.
That is your choice. Wandrz can run the entire payment flow for you through European, sovereign payment infrastructure, so without any dependence on American payment platforms. In that case there is nothing for you to set up: visitors check out in the browser and we keep the books. Would you rather use your own POS, ticketing or payment system? Then we connect Wandrz to it and the sale runs through your system.
Yes. If you already work with a POS, a ticketing system or your own payment provider, we connect Wandrz to it. The sale then runs through the system you already know and the tour is unlocked after payment. That works in both models.
This applies to pay-per-use. Your dashboard shows per sale what your tour earns, by tour and by language. If we handle the payments, we transfer your share to your account periodically with a statement. If the sale runs through your own system, the money reaches you directly and we invoice our share. With a monthly subscription there is no share per sale and you get one fixed invoice per month. We agree the details with you up front.
We set up your first tour together: configure the branding, build the structure, load the first texts and languages, prepare the sale and the QR code, and get your colleagues up to speed. That is a one-off fee and it belongs to both models. After that you can carry on independently.
Then there is little to sell and the monthly subscription is usually the obvious choice: a fixed fee each month and every feature. If you do sell tours anyway, to groups for instance, or to visitors who buy the audio tour separately, pay-per-use works too.
If you sell tours, we handle that together with you. You decide when a refund is reasonable, for example after a technical problem or a double purchase. We process the refund and correct it in your statement.
